We will inform you with tracking No. by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped out when we get it from the express company.

2)The shipping time depends on your country distance
 
***To Europe, Australia and North America,about 7 working days you can get it at your home!
***To Asia,only 5 working days you can get it at your home.
***To Africa and South America, about 9 working days you can get it. 
 
Delivery time do not include processing time.

Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped in the same day, while orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the items you received,you can contact us for return within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

The buyer pay the return postage.
AURORA TOP Tattoo Supply will refund your full payment back when the returned parcel arrived.

Be sure the item returned in original condition.
The buyers are responsible for the returned parcel lossing or damage.

If the parcel arrived with damage,missing parts or wrong item,please feel free to contact us.
We will resend the new parcel to you again at our charge.
